Company Vehicle Provided Key Responsibilities:

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in supporting patients who require respiratory care services in their homes. Conduct in-home respiratory assessments and patient evaluations. Set up, monitor, and manage oxygen therapy equipment. Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed respiratory therapies. Troubleshoot and maintain respiratory and oxygen equipment. Monitor patient progress, compliance, and treatment effectiveness. Perform VA oxygen setups and respiratory services. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Provide ongoing patient follow-up and support. Participate in after-hours respiratory on-call coverage. Manage an assigned territory independently while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.

Required Qualifications:

Active Respiratory Therapist License (RRT or CRT). Minimum of 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience. Experience with oxygen therapy and respiratory equipment. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must reside within 25 miles of Mountain Home, AR, or be willing to relocate.
