Responsibilities Assess patient health needs and implement appropriate respiratory care plans. Operate and manage life support mechanical ventilation systems. Educate patients and families about lung health and disease prevention. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive healthcare delivery. Conduct diagnostic tests to measure lung capacity. Required Skills Proficient in using medical software for respiratory care and diagnostics. Strong understanding of respiratory therapy modalities and equipment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle stressful situations and make informed clinical decisions.
