Seeking a skilled professional experienced as a Respiratory Therapist, Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT), to provide vital care and expertise. Schedule/Hours Nights Three 12-hour shifts per week (3/12s) Preferred Qualifications Active licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) Previous experience in acute care or hospital settings Strong knowledge of respiratory equipment, therapies, and protocols Current certifications relevant to respiratory care Excellent communication and organizational skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Primary Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy services, including assessments, treatments, and patient education Respond promptly to emergency situations, including code blue or rapid response calls Operate and monitor life-support equipment such as ventilators and BiPAP/CPAP machines Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to determine care plans Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in medical records Assist with patient transport and ensure continuity of respiratory care Benefits Opportunity to work with a supportive, expert team in a collaborative environment Exposure to diverse patient populations and advanced technologies Flexible contract assignment structure If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and have the required credentials and experience, we encourage you to submit your profile along with up-to-date certifications.
