Schedule:
3x12 hour night shifts Exact days of the week will be determined during the interview process
Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) Active BLS and ACLS certifications State of Florida Respiratory Care Practitioner license Completion of an accredited respiratory therapy program with a college diploma or official transcripts Candidates must reside outside Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach counties to be eligible for consideration
Responsibilities:
Administer a full spectrum of respiratory care therapies and interventions to patients in accordance with physicians' orders and clinical protocols Monitor, assess, and document patient responses to respiratory treatments Operate advanced respiratory equipment including ventilators and monitors Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans Deliver patient education and instructions to promote optimal respiratory health Maintain accurate records in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
