What they do
A Respiratory Therapist assists patients who have trouble breathing because of a chronic respiratory illness, trauma, or other conditions. Administers tests to diagnose breathing problems, performs treatments to help patients breathe easier, or sets up breathing equipment such as ventilators. Works closely with physicians and other healthcare workers, and may also assist in providing emergency care to patients suffering from heart attacks, drowning, or shock. Works in hospitals; may also provide care and counseling to patients in their homes.

Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU

Contract:
13 weeks (With possibility of Extension)
Shift:
12 hours Nights (19:00 - 07:00)
Guaranteed Hours:
36hrs/week Every other weekend
Required Float Requirements:
Within facility/scope of practice as needed) Every other Holiday required
Requirements:
Minimum 2 yrs of experience as a
RRT NICU
Required Documents BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) PALS(AHA)

Gross Weekly:
$2100/week for 36 hours
Taxable Weekly:
$504/week ($14/hr) Non-Taxable (Stipend): $1596/week $500 Completion bonus
