Responsibilities Assess, plan, and deliver respiratory care for patients with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary conditions Administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, chest physiotherapy, and other respiratory treatments Set up, manage, and troubleshoot invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation Perform and interpret basic respiratory diagnostics such as spirometry and bedside pulmonary function tests Respond to respiratory emergencies, including code situations and rapid response calls Monitor patient responses, adjust care plans, and document treatments accurately in the electronic health record Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, equipment use, and self-care strategies Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards in all clinical activities Participate in ongoing training, competency assessments, and quality improvement initiatives Required Skills Mechanical ventilation management Arterial blood gas sampling and interpretation Oxygen therapy and aerosolized medication delivery Non-invasive ventilation (Bi
