Requirements Valid licensure as a Respiratory Therapist from the appropriate state licensing board. We are open to both CRT and RRT. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required; additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are preferred. Experience working in emergency medicine or acute care settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with pulmonology concepts, medication administration protocols, and medical terminology relevant to respiratory therapy. Ability to perform patient assessments accurately while maintaining a compassionate approach for pediatrics, geriatrics, and diverse patient populations. Strong teamwork skills with the capacity to thrive under pressure in high-stakes environments like Level I trauma centers or hospital emergency departments.
