What This Role Actually Is As a Respiratory Therapist in our Field/Office team, you'll carry a dedicated caseload of ventilator-dependent pediatric and ALS patients — in their residencies, on their terms. You're the clinical expert who bridges the gap between the hospital and home, ensuring these patients and their families have everything they need to stay safe, stable, and out of the ER. You'll be the person they call. The one who knows their equipment, their history, and their family by name.
