Full Job Description Role:

Respiratory Therapist II responsible for delivering advanced respiratory care, medication administration, and patient assessment in complex critical care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide quality patient care through assessments, collaboration with healthcare teams, and management of therapies including ventilator support, airway management, and arterial blood gases. Educate patients, mentor staff and students, and participate in invasive and diagnostic procedures. Ensure safety, accurate documentation, and promote evidence-based practices through performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy. Certifications include NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, and

ACLS. 0-2

years of clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care. Must possess strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills, along with the ability to establish professional relationships.
