Must have : 1+ year Neonatal or PICU Critical Care experience Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: Must be able to independently admit and manage vented patients in Peds ICU using Servo

•U ventilator. Also, setup and manage heliox therapy though invasive and non-invasive measures. Familiar with non-invasive ventilation including use of biPAP and CPAP. Neonatal skills to include Bubble CPAP, and, use of nitric oxide, and high frequency ventilation.

Certifications Required:

PALS Responsibilities:

Manage ventilated patients in the Neonatal Pediatric ICU, including setup and management of various ventilation modes. Administer heliox therapy and nitric oxide treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient status using advanced equipment such as Servo U ventilator, F&P Bubble CPAP, HFOV, HFJV, and Vaportherm. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
