Key Qualifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) ActiveBLS, ACLS, PALS
certifications;STABLE/NRP
required only for specific NICU assignments Minimum 1 year of experience (new travelers welcome) NICU experience is essential Comfortable assisting with intubations and placing LMAs Adaptable to a dynamic patient population from NICU to geriatricsSchedule/Hours:
12-hour shifts (6-6) Self-scheduling and block scheduling options Must attend one department meeting per month Every other weekend required; flexibility for holidays as neededResponsibilities:
Perform ABG draws and analysis Administer breathing treatments and manage vents, BiPAP, CPAP Assist with bedside procedures such as bronchoscopy Work with state-of-the-art equipment (Drager, Hamilton, Philips) Float between ICU, NICU, MedSurg, and ER as neededBenefits & Perks:
