As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services, and we are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate respiratory care plans for patients with a variety of respiratory problems, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and direct patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures Monitor patients' vital signs and respiratory status, and report any changes or concerns to physicians and other healthcare professionals Perform various respiratory therapies, including intubation, mechanical ventilation, and oxygen therapy Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
Requirements:
