Required Qualifications & Experience:

Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Current state licensure or ability to obtain prior to start BLS certification (Advanced certifications like ACLS preferred) Recent experience in acute care or hospital settings Demonstrated critical thinking and troubleshooting skills Strong communication abilities and compassionate patient care

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy interventions to diverse patient populations Assess patient conditions and collaborate on care plans within interdisciplinary teams Operate and monitor ventilators, airway devices, and advanced respiratory equipment Educate patients and families regarding respiratory treatments and self-care Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility protocols and safety standards
