We're looking for a Respiratory Therapist to provide hands-on respiratory care to patients in their homes, onsite, and through Telehealth. This is a great opportunity for an RT who enjoys combining clinical care, patient education, and technology while working independently in the field. The position is based out of the Waukegan, IL branch . What You'll Do Provide respiratory care and support for patients using oxygen, PAP, sleep therapy, and invasive/non-invasive ventilation Educate patients and caregivers on the proper use, operation, and maintenance of respiratory equipment Perform clinical assessments including pulse oximetry, ETCO2, spirometry, and vital signs Conduct routine patient follow-ups and monitor patient progress Set up, inspect, test, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment to ensure proper operation Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and treatment plans Maintain accurate patient records, care plans, prescriptions, and follow-up documentation Enter and maintain patient monitoring data through applicable equipment platforms Assist with patient scheduling and coordination as needed Participate in ongoing clinical training and education Provide on-call coverage What We're Looking For Current NBRC registration/certification Current Respiratory Care Practitioner license in applicable state(s) Current CPR certification Valid driver's license and required auto insurance Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the clinical team Strong patient education and communication skills Comfortable working with respiratory equipment and technology Professional, dependable, and patient-focused approach Why This Role? Pay:
