Job Overview As a Respiratory Care Practitioner at The Women's Hospital, you'll be part of a compassionate, highly skilled team dedicated to supporting our most vulnerable patients newborns, infants, and children. In this PRN (as-needed) role, you'll provide essential respiratory care services based on physician orders, helping deliver life-changing care when families need it most. What You'll Do In this role, you'll be trusted to: Perform diagnostic respiratory procedures and assist with specialized assessments Deliver neonatal and pediatric respiratory therapies tailored to each patient's needs Administer medications and provide education on equipment use and proper technique for families and caregivers Respond quickly in emergent situations and perform CPR when needed Provide percussion and postural drainage therapies to support airway clearance Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, family-centered care What You Bring We're looking for dedicated, confident clinicians who are passionate about pediatric and neonatal care.

Required qualifications include:

Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the NBRC Current state licensure in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications If assigned to neonatal/pediatric critical care areas, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required
