Up to $5,000 (will be discussed further during interview) Job Overview We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) to join our healthcare team on a full-time permanent night shift. The Respiratory Therapist will provide independent respiratory care, assess patient needs, deliver prescribed treatments, and evaluate patient responses. The ideal candidate will be able to respond quickly to changes in patient condition and workload while providing high-quality respiratory care across hospital units, including critical care areas. Responsibilities Perform respiratory care procedures according to physician orders and patient needs. Assess patients and evaluate their response to respiratory treatments. Provide invasive and non-invasive respiratory care procedures as required. Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and adjust care appropriately. Work independently with minimal supervision when performing clinical procedures. Provide respiratory care support in patient care units and critical care areas. Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team. Make recommendations regarding respiratory care when appropriate. Maintain high standards of patient safety, quality, and clinical care. Adjust assignments and workload as needed to support efficient patient care. Requirements Associate degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited program — Required Current Kansas Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility for Kansas licensure — Required Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the NBRC — Required Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Care experience — Preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Schedule Full-Time Night Shift 7:00 PM
