Position:

Travel Respiratory Therapist Pay range: $65/hr - $70/hr Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for a 13-week travel assignment supporting multiple campuses throughout the Shreveport area. The Respiratory Therapist will provide care across adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations, including high-acuity patients in the ED, ICU, Stepdown, Med/Tele, NICU, PICU, and Labor & Delivery settings. (BI02) Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapist experience . Must have completed at least one previous 13-week travel assignment . Louisiana Respiratory Therapist license required. NBRC national accreditation/credentialing required. RRT strongly preferred; CRT accepted. Current BLS certification required. Current NRP certification required. Valid driver's license required. Must be willing to travel between all four campuses during the assignment. Floating Requirement Candidates must be comfortable working with adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations across different clinical settings. Transport Responsibilities Approximately 2 call shifts per month with a 2-hour minimum. Transport assignments may involve adult patients. Ground or air transport may be required. Additional call may be available voluntarily. Staff will receive orientation on transport equipment, documentation, and procedures. Schedule 12-hour shifts

7:00 PM-7:00 AM 36/48-hour rotating schedule Management may accommodate alternative schedules such as: 7 days on / 7 days off 3/2 rotating weeks 5/2 rotating weeks Every-other-weekend rotation Holiday coverage as assigned Overtime may be available based on facility needs and approval. Orientation 2 days of system/NEO orientation. Orientation to all four facilities will be provided based on experience and comfort level.
