Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide advanced respiratory care including airway management, ventilator support, ABG analysis, and inhaled medication administration to adult, neonatal, and pediatric patients Support high-risk deliveries with neonatal intubation and airway management Operate and troubleshoot equipment such as Servo U, Trilogy, Vapotherm, Airvo, and NICU oscillators Respond to emergency codes, rapid response situations, and critical transports Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple facilities including ED, ICU, Stepdown, and L&D units Support NICU, PICU, and adult ICU patients, including ventilator management and invasive procedures

What You Need Required:

Valid Louisiana State License BLS and NRP certifications 2+ years of respiratory therapy experience, including high-risk deliveries and

NICU/PICU

support Ability to perform neonatal intubation and manage advanced airway equipment Experience with ventilator management, ABG analysis, and emergency response protocols Flexibility to float across four campuses within driving distance

Preferred:
