Here, you'll collaborate with diverse, highly skilled teams and hone your expertise in both MICU and SICU settings. Schedule:
36 hours per week Nights (12-hour shifts) Every other weekend and every other holidayQualifications:
Current RRT certification Active MA Respiratory Care License and BLS required Minimum 5 years of recent experience in a Level 1 trauma center Critical care proficiency in both MICU and SICU Demonstrated expertise with lung protective ventilation strategies Hands-on participation with Code Blue team Familiarity withEPIC EMR
Experience making ventilator decisions based on patient assessment and lab resultsPreferred:
Experience with Level III NICU, Drager XL and v500 ventilators, NPS and/or ACCS credentialsResponsibilities:
Administer advanced respiratory care modalities in high-acuity settings Provide critical assessments and ventilator management for diverse patient populations Facilitate code response and rapid clinical decision-making Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomesBenefits & Perks:
