12 Hrs Rotating Shift | 36 Hrs/week Pay Package for 36 Hrs./Week (For Traveler Candidates residing more than 50 miles away from the facility):

Weekly Gross:

$2,703/wk.

Weekly Stipends:

$1,911/wk

Hourly Taxable:

$22/hr. on W2. Pay Package for Local Candidates (Residing within 50 miles from the facility):

Weekly Gross:

$2,232/wk.

Hourly Taxable Rate:

$62/hr. on W2.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience within specialty

• Required. Airway and ventilator management experience
• Required. AHA
• BLS•Required.

Must have an active Massachusetts State RRT License. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments by evaluating vital signs, respiratory function, and medical history to develop tailored treatment plans. Manage and operate a variety of respiratory devices including ventilators, oxygen therapy equipment, nebulizers, and airway management tools. Administer medications accurately and safely, including aerosolized treatments and emergency medications during critical situations. Respond swiftly to cardiac arrest emergencies by providing advanced airway management and participating in resuscitation efforts following neonatal resuscitation procedures when necessary. Monitor patients continuously using electronic health records (EHR) systems to document treatment progress, vital signs, and response to therapies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in hospital medicine, emergency medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, and critical & intensive care units to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain proficiency in medical terminology and technical equipment operation to ensure safe and effective respiratory therapy delivery.
