Respiratory Therapist - Full time Holden Rehab & Skilled Nursing Facility Holden, MA Job Details Full-time $34.00 - $40.63 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications State-specific respiratory therapist license RCP License Full Job Description Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, a family-owned business, is in search of a Respiratory Therapist for their specialized Vent unit, one of only 7 in the state! This position entails working alongside a committed team to provide care for ventilator-dependent patients and clients. This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, with shifts also scheduled on weekends.
Hours:
40/week, 6:45am - 3:15pm Pay Range (Dependent on Experience): $34.00 - $40.63/hr Responsibilities include the following: Provides Respiratory Therapy services. Evaluates residents for treatment planning. Implements physician's orders, administers medication, communicates findings to residents and team, develops care plans, coordinates treatment, and assists in resident admission, transfer, and discharge.
Job requirements:
Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program or equivalent. New Grads welcomed. Current state licensure and be CRT or RRT. High level of management and interpersonal skills to communicate with staff and residents.
