                            • Minimum 2 years of recent respiratory therapy experience, including Adult Critical Care and NICU
                            • At least 1 prior travel assignment completed
                            • Current BLS certification
                            • Current CRT credential
                            • Active Maryland respiratory therapist licensure
                            • ACLS preferred
                            • Experience with Cerner required
                            • Comfortable working in both adult and neonatal patient care settings
                            • Must be able to interpret and analyze ABGs confidently
                            • Experience with ventilators such as Draeger V500, Draeger VN500, and Servo U strongly preferredResponsibilities
                            • Provide advanced respiratory care across adult and NICU patient populations
                            • Perform airway management and suctioning procedures, including extubation support and tracheostomy care
                            • Support pulmonary hygiene, sputum specimen collection, and ABG interpretation
                            • Assist in high-risk deliveries when needed
                            • Administer and manage respiratory therapies such as nebulizers, inhalers, HFNC, BiPAP, and CPAP
                            • Troubleshoot ventilator alarms and support weaning from mechanical ventilation
                            • Collaborate with respiratory services, rapid response teams, and other clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care
                            • Maintain accuracy in documentation and follow facility protocols and compliance requirementsAdditional Notes
                            • No on-call requirement
                            • Holiday coverage may be expected
                            • Orientation includes facility-specific onboarding modules and training
