1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist with 2+ years of RRT experience for a night shift hospital position in Lansing, MI. Details Hospital-based respiratory therapy department Night shift, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts Weekend rotation every third weekend On-call requirements apply Requirements Minimum 2 years of RRT experience required Ventilator, BiPAP, ICU, ER, and ABG trained BLS certification required NBRC certification required ACLS certification preferred Active Michigan state license required at time of consideration License required if applicable Additional Information Deliver respiratory therapy and patient care per physician orders, hospital policies, and departmental standards Perform therapeutic and diagnostic pulmonary and cardiovascular procedures Evaluate patient response to respiratory therapy and take appropriate corrective action Provide education to patients and staff on respiratory procedures, equipment operation, and safety precautions Perform routine maintenance and service checks on equipment Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation No more than 5 days of RTO can be requested
