Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Proficiency in delivering care to patients with respiratory disorders across all age groups BLS and ACLS certifications required Ability to adapt quickly within fast-paced, inpatient and outpatient settings Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform respiratory therapy procedures, including oxygen therapy, aerosol administration, and ventilator management Conduct diagnostic tests (ABGs, pulmonary function tests, etc.) Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams Monitor patient progress and document treatments accurately Educate patients and families about respiratory care plans and equipment Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and sterilized

The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
