ShiftKey, LLC seeks experienced Respiratory Therapists to provide high-quality respiratory care across partner healthcare facilities using our digital shift marketplace. In this flexible, contract role, you'll assess and treat patients with acute and chronic respiratory disorders, manage ventilators and oxygen therapy, perform ABGs and related diagnostics, and document care in facility EHRs. You choose when and where you work, accepting shifts that match your skills. Collaborate with nursing and medical teams to implement care plans, uphold infection control standards, and ensure safe, evidence-based respiratory care in fast-paced clinical settings.
