This is a primarily daytime, office-based DME position with a strong focus on Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV) . The RRT will perform NIV setups, educate patients and caregivers, monitor therapy and compliance, troubleshoot equipment, and provide ongoing clinical follow-up. The position also includes CPAP, APAP, BiPAP, BiPAP ST, ASV, and oxygen therapy. Occasional home or facility setups will be required. Key Responsibilities Set up and manage NIV patients , including patient/caregiver education and follow-up. Review NIV downloads, usage and compliance and address barriers to successful therapy. Set up CPAP, APAP, BiPAP, BiPAP ST and ASV patients. Provide oxygen therapy education and equipment support. Review PAP compliance reports and therapy effectiveness. Perform mask fittings and refittings. Troubleshoot mask leaks, equipment issues, therapy intolerance and patient concerns. Educate patients regarding sleep apnea, PAP therapy and respiratory therapy. Provide ongoing patient follow-up and compliance coaching. Communicate with physicians, sleep specialists and referral sources as needed. Accurately document patient encounters and clinical follow-up. Perform occasional patient home and facility setups. Pay:
