Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Experience with adult and/or pediatric patient populations Proficiency in performing and interpreting respiratory care diagnostics Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient and team collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
Administer various respiratory therapies and treatments to patients as ordered Monitor, assess, and document patient progress, adjusting care plans accordingly Operate and troubleshoot ventilators and respiratory equipment Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and management Work efficiently alongside physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals
