Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials Current certification/license as required by state regulations Previous experience working in acute care or hospital settings preferred Proven ability to assess, plan, and execute respiratory care safely and appropriately Strong communication and patient education skills Flexibility to quickly adapt to new protocols and systems
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients of all ages according to prescribed treatment plans Administer therapies, manage ventilators, and monitor patient responses Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments and interventions Participate in emergency response situations and provide support as needed
