PALS Responsibilities:

Provide respiratory therapy services for pediatric intensive care patients in the unit. Operate and monitor advanced ventilators and respiratory equipment in the PICU setting. Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation.
