Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Active registration with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Detailed knowledge of respiratory care procedures, protocols, and technology Strong critical thinking and communication abilities Previous acute care or hospital experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy to patients in acute and subacute settings Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and allied teams to develop patient-centered care plans Administer and monitor respiratory treatments, ventilators, and oxygen therapy Conduct patient assessments, interpret diagnostics, and adapt therapy plans as needed Educate patients and families on respiratory health and post-discharge care
