JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respiratory Therapy DIR
• RRT Full-Time Director candidates for the Respiratory Therapy Unit will have the following job responsibilities: Directs the clinical and non-clinical aspects of Respiratory Care Services.

Ensures high-quality patient care and generates measurable returns for the organization. Plans, organizes, and evaluates all departmental resources. Oversees program development, staff supervision, budget management, and regulatory compliance. Maintains relationships with physicians, referral sources, and employees. Performs position-specific job functions at an acceptable level. Supports the mission and goals of the hospital and parent company. Develops and maintains clinical standards of practice for all disciplines. Supports and participates in marketing efforts and community service organizations. Maintains up-to-date professional knowledge.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Required 5+ years experience in Respiratory Therapy
