A Respiratory Therapist assists patients who have trouble breathing because of a chronic respiratory illness, trauma, or other conditions. Administers tests to diagnose breathing problems, performs treatments to help patients breathe easier, or sets up breathing equipment such as ventilators. Works closely with physicians and other healthcare workers, and may also assist in providing emergency care to patients suffering from heart attacks, drowning, or shock. Works in hospitals; may also provide care and counseling to patients in their homes.

Deliver high-quality respiratory care, including assessment, diagnostics, and treatments for patients of all ages Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Perform ventilation management, airway care, and administer therapeutic procedures Accurately document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare staff Maintain equipment according to policy and ensure safety protocols are followedQualifications:
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist credential (RRT) Active state licensure as required for New Hampshire Previous experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred Exceptional communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt to new settings and protocols quicklyBenefits & Perks:
