Travel position (specific schedule provided upon interview)Qualifications:
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Valid state respiratory therapist license (or eligibility to obtain) Prior hospital-based respiratory therapy experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 5 lbs., stand at least 1 hour/dayDuties:
Deliver respiratory therapy under medical direction for patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies Assist with intubations and manage ventilator setup and monitoring Evaluate patient needs through in-depth assessment and interprofessional collaboration Provide and document patient and caregiver education in a clear, caring manner Foster a respectful, trust-based atmosphere with patients and colleagues Adhere to organizational competencies and standards of behavior Perform additional duties or projects as requiredBenefits & Travel Perks:
