Responsibilities Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments and document findings in the EMRAdminister respiratory therapies including nebulizer treatments, oxygen therapy, and chest physiotherapy Manage invasive and non-invasive ventilators, adjusting settings per protocols and physician orders Obtain and interpret arterial blood gases and pulmonary function tests Respond to respiratory emergencies, including rapid response and codes Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop and modify respiratory care plans Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, equipment use, and home care strategies Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment to ensure safe and effective operation Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards in all aspects of care Participate in ongoing education, competency training, and quality improvement initiatives Required Skills Respiratory assessment Ventilator management Arterial blood gas interpretation Pulmonary function testing Nebulizer and aerosol therapy Airway management Oxygen therapy Non-invasive ventilation (Bi
