$115,000-$130,000/year base + bonus program ($8,000/year potential) Overview A well-established home respiratory and durable medical equipment (DME) provider is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of its Westchester branch. This is an operations and leadership role for a licensed RN or Respiratory Therapist (RRT) who understands P&L, can manage a budget, and knows how to run a high-performing clinical team. This is not a bedside role. You'll run the branch from the office — directing the team, coordinating care, and driving performance — and step into the field only when needed to support your staff.
