Job Summary:

Provide exceptional client support and responsible for instructing all new CPAP set ups. Ability to work with clients with initial fitting and all follow-up needs.

Job Duties:

Responsible for setting up and instructing all new CPAP set ups. Implements client teaching during the initial fitting and at any follow-up calls. Ability to make necessary modifications and to fit the client. Utilize the mask guarantee program. Must be knowledgeable in the following areas: Use and care of the Products Fitting problems and how to solve them Patient Rights and Responsibilities Company's services and availability Patient Instruction and Follow-up All Patient oriented paperwork Community Resources Assist with education events for patients/clients and community. Performs other duties as needed

Job Skills Required:

Strong communication skills, specifically on the telephone Strong organizational skills Basic computer and keyboarding skills Ability to work within timelines and meet deadlines

High School Diploma or GED Experience:

Required:

1-2 years previous experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting.
