Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain) At least one year of recent clinical experience in respiratory care, acute care setting preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Experience working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams Excellent communication skills and adaptability in new environments

Responsibilities/Duties:

Deliver respiratory therapy treatments, assess patient progress, and adjust care plans as necessary Administer and monitor therapeutic procedures (ventilator management, oxygen therapy, pulmonary function tests) Participate in emergency interventions and rapid response situations Document patient care accurately and promptly Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment use Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
