Travel assignment with variable scheduling aligned to facility needs.
Essential Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential. Valid Ohio Respiratory Care license (or eligibility to obtain before start date). Previous experience in acute care, critical care, or related clinical settings preferred. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures, including mechanical ventilation and airway management. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary medical teams to deliver high-quality patient care. Educate patients and families regarding respiratory treatments and equipment use. Document interventions and patient responses in accordance with established policies.
