Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and provide high-quality respiratory therapy to patients across diverse age groups Implement and monitor patient respiratory care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Operate ventilators and other respiratory equipment with precision and safety Educate patients and families about treatment plans, devices, and home care protocols Maintain thorough and accurate medical records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
Valid RRT credential and active state licensure Recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a hospital or acute care setting (travel experience a plus) BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong communication and critical-thinking skills Adaptability and a commitment to exemplary patient care
