In this dynamic role, you'll deliver both invasive and non-invasive respiratory care to patients across all age groups—neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Collaborate with experienced healthcare providers, learn from different clinical leadership styles, and expand your clinical skills as you float between various local hospitals within the Toledo market as needed.
Schedule/Hours:
12-hour night shifts Every other weekend and holiday 36 guaranteed hours per weekQualifications & Experience:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) strongly preferred; Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) accepted Valid Ohio Respiratory Care LicenseACLS, BLS
(AHA), and Respiratory Therapy credentialing required At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience Experience with emergency airway management, extubation, tracheotomies, and critical care ventilators preferred Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit NRP required for NICU assignments Must maintain C-level provider status and fulfill ongoing certification requirementsKey Responsibilities:
Evaluate, treat, and monitor cardiopulmonary function under physician supervision Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and clinical best practices Float across hospital facilities based on organizational needs Operate and manage ventilator and respiratory equipment Foster communication with healthcare teams and educate patientsBenefits & Travel Perks:
