Key Qualifications/Experience Desired:
Valid and current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Active state license in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience in acute care or similar hospital environments preferred Solid knowledge of respiratory therapy methods, technology, and best practices BLS certification; additional credentials such as ACLS or PALS are a plus Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills

Deliver safe, high-quality respiratory care to patients of varying ages and conditions Perform assessments, manage ventilators, conduct diagnostic tests, and administer therapeutic treatments Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and execute care plans Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress Contribute to a positive and efficient clinical environment
