Concord Health and Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing facility located in Wheelersburg, OH is currently looking for Part-time night shift Respiratory Therapists to join our team! • Position Overview
• We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our esteemed team. This role will play a crucial part in providing comprehensive respiratory care to our residents, including arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis, heated high-flow therapy, tracheostomy procedures, invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation management, and ventilator weaning.
• Responsibilities
• Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and interpret results accurately.

Administer heated high-flow therapy and oversee tracheostomy procedures, including removal and insertion. Monitor and optimize settings for both invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation systems. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, including ventilator weaning protocols. Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding respiratory care techniques and equipment usage. Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid Ohio licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; NRP certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Experience in ventilator management and weaning protocols highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
