Our healthcare partner in a rural setting is seeking a compassionate and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join their team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work in adult ICU and med-surg units, attend all C-sections and high-risk deliveries, and provide essential respiratory care using Bipap, Ventilators, Vapotherm, and basic therapy techniques. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and ensuring the well-being of patients. You will work collaboratively with a small team, splitting responsibilities to cover the hospital effectively. Provide respiratory therapy to patients in adult ICU and med-surg units Attend and assist with all C-sections and high-risk deliveries Utilize and manage Bipap, Ventilators, Vapotherm, and basic therapy equipment Collaborate with a team of two RTs per shift to ensure comprehensive coverage Need 1 year experience in setting Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
