Job Description
Full-Time Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) | Serving Tulsa, Oklahoma Grace Skilled Nursing & Therapy is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to oversee respiratory care services at our facility in the Tulsa area. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide direct respiratory support and lead the coordination and oversight of respiratory therapy services. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical expertise, proven skills, and a passion for mentoring others in providing quality, resident-centered care.
Available Shift:
Weekday 12-Hour Shifts + Weekend Rotations (Shift Differential For Weekends & Evenings) Job Description Provide clinical leadership and oversight for respiratory therapy services. Develop, implement, and evaluate respiratory care policies, protocols, and best practices. Mentor and support Respiratory Therapists and facility staff in delivering effective care. Conduct facility visits to monitor quality of respiratory care and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, administrators, and physicians to enhance resident outcomes. Assist with complex resident cases, assessments, and treatment planning. Ensure proper use, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of respiratory equipment. Track and report outcomes, performance metrics, and opportunities for program growth. Requirements Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT). Experience in long-term care or post-acute settings is preferred.
