6:00 AM - 6:00

PM Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Local & travel allowed. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted. Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted. Only one holiday may be requested off, with no more than 3 days of RTO requested.

Shift & Scheduling:

Schedule is Saturday, Sunday and Monday. On-call is required.

Floating Requirements:

The clinician may float to Brookings if needed. 3 days maximum time off 2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years Proof of identification required
