Respiratory Therapist | Night Shift

Pay Range:

$39.51/hr - $57.31/hr

Shift Differential:

$3.20/hr night shift differential

Relocation Assistance:

Up to $15,000 The Respiratory Therapist participates in planning, delivering, controlling and evaluating safe and effective diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently performs respiratory diagnostic testing Performs respiratory treatments and administers respiratory medication safely, following hospital and departmental policies. As a member of the Code Blue team, provides cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Participates with physicians, therapists and other members of the health team in the formulation, implementation and evaluation of care plans for respiratory patients. Organizes, delivers, and evaluates respiratory care based on physician's orders and individual needs of the patient. Instructs patients and caregivers about respiratory treatments and issues. Registrations:

Licensed Respiratory Therapist in accordance with the State of Oregon. Registered with The National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). American Heart Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90-days of hire. ACLS required within six months of hire PALS required within six months of hire Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) required within six months of hire
