Elevate Respiratory Therapy Group is seeking an experienced Lead Respiratory Therapist to help lead our growing team across a designated region of skilled nursing facilities. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll mentor Respiratory Therapists, build strong relationships with facility partners, support clinical excellence, and help drive operational success while continuing to make a meaningful impact on patient care. What You'll Do Lead and mentor a team of Respiratory Therapists Support staffing, onboarding, coaching, and employee development Partner with skilled nursing facility leadership to deliver exceptional service Ensure compliance, quality documentation, and regulatory standards Help improve clinical outcomes, operational performance, and patient satisfaction Support regional growth and business development initiatives Collaborate closely with executive leadership Qualifications Active Respiratory Care license in California Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel throughout an assigned region Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Elevate?
