Required Qualifications:
Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Current state licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (or eligibility) Proven expertise in acute and critical care respiratory interventions Proficient with ventilator management, aerosol therapy, airway care, and patient education Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and deliver respiratory care across inpatient and outpatient settings Operate, adjust, and monitor advanced respiratory equipment Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support patient recovery Maintain accurate and timely charting/documentation Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and wellness Adapt to various care protocols and contribute to process improvement
