Qualifications:
Current credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Valid, unencumbered state license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist BLS and ACLS certification preferred Strong clinical skills in ventilator management, airway care, and patient assessment Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory care to a diverse patient population, including adults and pediatrics as needed Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and develop individualized care plans Operate and monitor ventilators, oxygen delivery devices, and aerosol therapy equipment Respond promptly to emergency situations and participate in life support procedures Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes Accurately document patient progress, therapeutic interventions, and response to treatments This opportunity is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing evidence-based respiratory care.
