Job Description
Key Qualifications:
Current license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Proven experience in an acute care or hospital setting Expertise in respiratory care techniques, ventilation management, and emergency response Proficiency with respiratory equipment and electronic medical record systems Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferredSchedule:
Contract position; specific shift and scheduling details to be providedPrimary Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy to patients of all ages Perform diagnostic testing and therapeutic procedures including ventilation, airway management, and blood gas analysis Assist in responding to emergency codes and rapid response situations involving respiratory care Educate patients and their families on prescribed therapies and respiratory care routines Accurately document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions in compliance with facility standards Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to optimize patient outcomesBenefits & Perks:
